Personal Reflection
I feel like this project was great, but I wish I could have added some things. I felt like I was pretty successful for this being the first time doing the science fair and doing a large project like this. I really wish I could have done more trials to get more exact results. I feel the results could have had a pretty large difference if I could have just gotten in 2 or 3 more trials. It was really hard to not waste battery when at high percentages because I had to constantly look at the phone to see if it was at 100%, which decreases battery percentage. This may have slightly skewed my results. I did my best to minimize the amount of times I turned on the phone to check the percentage, while still trying to get accurate results.
Another problem that could have happened in this experiment that could have messed up the results a lot is, possible chemical reactions and loss of battery health. This could have happened because when you make a phone go to 0% it can cause a chemical reaction damaging the battery. Also, making a phone go to 100% can also cause strain on the battery damaging the battery. I did both of these things in my experiment and it could have had an affect on the results.
Lastly, in this experiment I definitely learned that charger adapters and WATTS REALLY MATTER! It would be interesting to do more experiments with higher wattages and on different phones.
